Mathematics Tutoring Services

There are several channels of tutoring support available to students in our mathematics classes.

Math tutoring on an individual basis is provided in algebra, precalculus, or calculus. Students can sign up in 540B Nightingale Hall for a half-hour or hour long appointment, with the tutor of their choice and for a time that fits their schedule. FALL 2009 Special Tutoring Hours Available** **September 16 and 17: 10:00AM-4:00PM, September 18: 10:00AM-1:00PM** Regular Hours beginning September 21, 2009: Monday-Wednesday: 10:00AM-9:00PM Thursday: 10:00AM-6:00PM Friday: 10:00AM-6:00PM This is a free service for Northeastern students.

Computer (Excel) Lab, 553 Lake Hall (LA), phone: 617-373-5663

The Excel computer laboratory is located in the midst of the Mathematics Department, in 553 Lake Hall. The Excel lab is staffed by student mentors who will help students with hardware, software, and mathematics problems. There is no charge for students using the lab.
