Course Registration and Tuition Waiver forms
Students must register for courses to meet degree requirements. The selection of courses should be done in consultation with the appropriate Graduate Adviser (first, second or third year, see below). It is possible to petition for registration in other courses; contact the Graduate Coordinator for details.
Graduate students with Teaching Assistantships must submit a Tuition Waiver form to the Graduate Office each semester, listing the courses for which they will register. This form must be signed by the following faculty:
- First year Master's : signed by first year adviser (currently Prof. Mikhail Shubin)
- Second year Master's : signed by second year adviser (currently Prof. Jerzy Weyman)
- First year PhD: signed by third year adviser (currently Prof. Marc Levine)
- Second year and higher PhD: signed by thesis adviser and graduate coordinator (currently Prof. Jerzy Weyman)
